We've included several page layouts for you; the entry (splash) page contains one layout, the second level pages (those linked on the top menu bar above) have another layout, and the third level pages have yet a third layout.  The variety of layouts provides you with the opportunity to incorporate many different features in your site, while still maintaining the overall look and feel.
